Find the part you’re stuck on.

Getting started

Pick the area that hurts, open its protocol and press play. The order, hold times and side switches are already decided.

Protocols & routines

Follow a ready-made protocol, or pull stretches from the library into a routine of your own and drag to reorder.

Playback & video

Stretch videos stream from our servers, so playback needs a connection. Spoken prompts call out hold times and side switches.

Account & sync

Routines you build are saved to your account, so they follow you to a new phone when you sign back in.

Progress & FitBot

Log how an area feels and watch it across 7, 30 and 90 days. FitBot answers general questions that come up mid-routine.

Questions

Good to know.

Anything else, email support@relievr.co.za and we’ll reply.

Start with the area that hurts. Relievr has twelve pain points, and each one opens a protocol with the stretches already in order.

No. The core library uses your body weight, a wall or a chair. A few routines use a foam roller or a resistance band. Those are marked, and most have an alternative that needs neither.

Most protocols run between five and fifteen minutes. You can also open a single stretch on its own if that’s all the time you have.

Stretch videos stream from our servers, so playback needs a connection. On a weak signal, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data usually settles it.

Routines you’ve built stay on your account and sync back when you’re online again.

Yes. Custom routines are saved to your account, so signing in on a new phone brings them with you.

Yes. Pull any stretches from the library into a routine of your own, drag to reorder them, and save it alongside the ready-made protocols.

No. It’s general wellness and mobility content designed with movement professionals. It doesn’t diagnose anything and it isn’t a substitute for seeing a physio, doctor or chiropractor about a specific problem.

Email support@relievr.co.za with your device, your app version and what you were doing when it went wrong. That usually saves a round of questions.

Before you write in

Three things that speed up a reply.

01
Note your device

Which phone and which version of iOS or Android. Most playback issues are specific to one or the other.

02
Find the app version

It’s at the bottom of the Settings screen in the app. It tells us which build you’re on.

03
Say what you expected

What you tapped, what happened, and what you thought would happen. A screenshot helps more than a description.

Relievr is not medical advice. It provides general wellness and mobility content. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme, especially with an existing condition or injury, or if you are pregnant. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
